The Kalentin Oxidant Cream activator is used with Kalentin Classic Eyebrow and Eyelash Tints.

INSTRUCTION OF USE: Always perform a patch test. If you are tinting the eyelashes, apply an eyepatch underneath the eye to protect the skin from unwanted stains. Mix the tint with the developer (3%) using a ratio of 1:1.

Using a micro brush or cotton swab apply the tint evenly on the entire length of the lashes or eyebrows. If you are tinting the eyelashes, gently press the lashes on the eyepatch to apply the tint. Leave on for 6 to 8 minutes depending on the characteristics of the client’s eyelashes or eyebrows.
